Use the “Reserve Now” button on the listing (some properties may not have this feature). Otherwise, head over to our contact page and send us an email or give us a call. (e-mail usually gets the quickest reply).
Are you a real estate agent?
We are real estate investors not agents. Which means we own the properties and are able to sell them to you at a discount without you paying a high commissions. We can also complete the transaction in days where as an agent may take months to close your property. This means you can start using your land faster!
Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?
Absolutely, we always have new properties coming available. And if we don’t have one that fits your needs; we know of other investors and we are happy to connect you so you find the perfect property that fits your needs.
Are there any fees when buying land from you?
All fees are outlined below. We have a very simple fee structure. Our goal is to be transparent and honest with our clients. We strive to create the easiest land buying experience you will ever have.
Q: What are the costs associated with buying a property from you?
Doc Fee – $297
This fee covers the preparation of all the documents needed to close the transaction. This fee covers deed preparation, recording fees and any other necessary costs.
Loan Service Fee – $35/ month
This fee covers our cost to service the loan.
